Expedition Crew from Oceanwide has tried their very best to bring everyone on board to Snow Hill and meet the Emperor Penguins twice! That was really a memorable and touching moment.
Thanks for the great effort you have made!
Thanks to a great expedition plan, luck in the weather, and an absolutely incredible expedition team, we had the experience of a lifetime. Every day was a unique experience, and every single day was absolutely fantastic. I saw a lot of amazing places, but this expedition surpassed them all.

We had a great trip which gave us all that we were hoping for. Incredible number of whales and pinguins and beautiful weather after a very stormy drake passage. Crew and guides were amazing with all the interesting lectures and wonderful food and service. Also the other guests on the boat were great. I truly recommend this trip.
Since this was my second visit to Antarctica, I thought I knew what to expect. However this expedition far succeeded every expectation I had before I boarded Ortelius.
Crossing the polar circle, seeing the Southern lights, visiting the Wilkins ice shelf, spotting Emperor/Gentoo/Adélie/Chinstrap penguins, having the most amazing encounters with humpback whales next to (and under) the zodiac boat.. There are just too many highlights to only pick one.
Antarctica, the wonderful crew, the great fellow passengers. This was something extremely special which I'll never forget.
Highly recommended to anyone ready to explore the most magical place, in a way that can be considered a true polar expedition. I'll absolutely visit again, and I will surely choose Oceanwide for that next adventure.

Superlatives are thrown sound in society today, greatest, biggest, richest, coldest, highest, applied often to things that do not merit them This trip however deserves the use of every single one that comes to mind and many that don’t A breathtaking and likely life changing holiday location and means of journey decision this seasoned traveler will never regret Do not hesitate to visit whilst its pristine beauty and terrifying extremes remain accessible
The expedition staff is very energetic and knowledgeable. We went south to 70 degrees latitude. Saw a lot of polar wildlife, icebergs and ice shelf, beautiful landscapes, clear skies, and auroras.
The team at Oceanwide offered an incredible experience visiting Antarctica. Every single staff member - the Expedition Leader, Captain, hospitality team and technicians were all genuinely helpful, joyful and expert in their field. I appreciate the company's dedication to sustainability, and the intention to inspire tourists to become conservation advocates. The experiential education part of this expedition was what set it apart and I believe will help Oceanwide have a net positive impact rather than adding to the negative footprint of tourists.

Very unique trip to the Antarctic Peninsula and South Circle. The staff made the trip so special. Experienced expedition crew, good food and overall very happy with the trip.
We have been on Plancius to the Arctic, so we knew Oceanwide. But the trip to Antarctica still managed to exceed all expectations! Landscapes, wildlife, guides and crew were magnificent!
Adventure that totally changed my view of life and this planet. I,'ve learned so much about ice, wild life, Antarctica history, past and future. As an artist I can not stop painting and going back to my life on the ship, and all the sights I Ve seen. I felt very humble as a witness to allmighty nature that can crush us in a second. Peace, silence , realizing how insignificant our goals are compared to the big picture of life in this universe....all that made this expedition unique and overwhelming experience....

Our trip was well organized and for me it was a life-changing experience. No pictures or video from Antarctica can do justice to actually be there. The glacier scenery was mind-boggling and the animal encounters really unique. Strongly recommended to anyone who can afford the trip.

I started this trip with no idea about what to expect as you never know 'til the end what the weather will allow you to do.
The forecast predicted a Drake's shake (waves up to 6 mt), a real adventurous start!
After that we got luckier and luckier everyday more: during our sail and also during our zodiac cruises we were surrounded by whales, orcas, seals literally everywhere.
It's something i will never forget and all the members of the crew were excited as well.
The whole crew was amazing, they took care of us even in "shaking" moments. The wildlife and the scenery is just breathtaking and unbelievable.
Also, it's amazing to see how much passionate they all are doing their job, Captain included.
You share so many emotions with the other passengers that you feel like part of a family.
This is my second cruise on the vessel Plancius. I love it because it has a good size with not too many passengers so every activity runs smoothly. High recommended!
My main objective was to see antarctic wildlife. We had ample time to observe interactions between animals. Historical site visits were nice too!
This was the trip of a lifetime. Every detail from the staff, to the food, accommodation and tours was perfect.
It was a life time experience to go to Antarctica. It’s a pity we didn’t stay long after crossing polar circle due to bad weather conditions.
